Please note that the return policy is defined by the following process:
The request to return a product that has no manufacturing defect. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please consult our warranty.
Please note that if a product is received in damaged packaging, you must refuse the carrier's package. It will be sent back to us! In the event that the packaging is not damaged, but the product is damaged, please send us photos within hours of unpacking and we will initiate a return process and send you a replacement item.
Please note that all demonstrator or custom products are final sale.

Return policy on Ergotables sit-stand desks after the 30-day satisfaction period.
At the end of the 30-day period, no return to our adjustable desks will be authorized. For more information on our satisfaction warranty, see our satisfaction warranty section.
15 day return policy on accessories.
We accept returns for accessories returned to us in perfect condition (unused) and in their original packaging (or equivalent) 15 days after receipt. All return requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the product and your invoice number. After approval of the return, you can send us the accessory in question. (See detailed step-by-step procedure below). Note that there is a charge of 10% of the product value applicable for restorage.
Accessories with normal use marks or personalized accessories cannot be returned and are final sales.
Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping charges, customs clearance charges and damages caused during the shipping process. If the accessory is damaged in transit, you will be responsible for filing a complaint with the carrier.
How to return an accessory
Email us at email@example.com and be sure to give us your full name, reason for return, order number and receipt for your purchase.
- If the product is deemed reimbursable by Ergotables, you must pack the product with the same packaging (or equivalent) and send your package to our company address or come directly to the showroom. We strongly suggest that you take photos of the item in and out of its packaging in case damage is incurred during the shipping process. As mentioned earlier, Ergotables does not cover return shipping costs for accessories.
- Make sure your packaging is secure to avoid breakage during shipping. Please be aware that any damage during shipping must be covered by your carrier. Ergotables is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the accessories during the return shipping process.
- When we receive your product and we judge it in the same condition as that which was sent to you, you will be fully reimbursed according to the same method of payment as that used during the initial purchase.
If the product received is damaged by normal wear and tear (not visible during the first shooting) and not caused by the carrier, Ergotables reserves the right to make a partial refund. The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of the product at one of our distribution centers.
